What is a GEOSCIENTIST?
Description
A geoscientist's main responsibility is to collect and compile accurate
information about mineral resources. Their work involves:

exploring, often in remote areas

collecting data on the physical properties of a region

taking samples, pictures, and measurements

compiling and interpreting research
-
using satellite imagery as a mapping tool
-
producing maps as part of a geological survey

a Bachelor of Science in Geology or Earth Sciences

a Ph.D. (to be involved in research)
